1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival.
- Incorrect shipments that do not match the order.
- Regulatory non-compliance in the destination country.
2. Return Process
Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The request should include order details, photos of the issue, and supporting documents. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Inspection & Approval

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:

- Opened or used pharmaceutical products.
- Disposable medical supplies such as gloves, syringes, and masks.
- Custom-manufactured healthcare products.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of return approval. The mode of refund will be determined based on the original payment method.
